*Special Offers / Free Products

Customers who obtain a free product with a purchased product and wish to return the purchased product for a refund must return the free product at the same time.

Refunds & Returns

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in its original condition and unused.
  • Email us via our contact page with your order number and state that you wish to return your order or part of.
  • Once we have received the returned order, we will action a full refund for your order within 14 days.
  • It is the customers responsibility to pay for their returning order. Please use a reputable courier.
